The practical details on packages, delivery, payment and changing your mind.
How do the four packages differ?
Mainly by dog size and how much your household gets through. The Nibbler suits one small dog, The Enthusiast suits one medium dog, The Serious Chewer is portioned for large breeds, and The Pack covers two or more dogs. You can move between packages at any time.
What is inside each delivery?
A mix of treats chosen for variety of texture and flavour, plus natural chews on The Pack. Every box lists its full ingredients and allergens on an included card, so you always know exactly what your dog is eating.
Can I tell you about allergies or dietary needs?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Add allergies or dietary needs when you request your box and we will exclude those ingredients. Always check each product label before feeding.
How does payment work?
Pick a package, fill in the form at the bottom of this page and we set up your account and hand you straight to Stripe’s secure checkout. The monthly price you see is the price you pay, delivery included, and it is taken automatically each month until you cancel. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Treat Sub.
Can I pause, change or cancel?
Any time, before your next box is packed. Sign in to your account to change package or cancel with one button, and your payments stop with it. There is no contract, no joining fee and no minimum term.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver to mainland UK addresses and delivery is included in every package price. Boxes are posted monthly and fit through most letterboxes, so you do not need to be home.
