Legal Terms
Website terms
Last updated 11 August 2026
These terms apply to use of the Treat Sub website and to Treat Sub monthly treat box memberships.
Membership packages
We offer four monthly packages. The price shown for each package includes standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. Package contents vary month to month so that treats stay interesting, and we may substitute an item of equal or greater value when stock requires it.
Requesting a box
Submitting the form on the home page is a request, not a completed order. We confirm your delivery details, your first box date and a secure payment link by email. No payment is taken and no membership begins until you complete that step.
Billing, changes and cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly in advance from the date your first box is confirmed. There is no joining fee and no minimum term. You can pause, change package or cancel at any point before your next box is packed, and we will tell you that date in your confirmation email.
Your account
You can create an account to see your membership, keep your dog’s details up to date, change package or cancel with one button. Accounts hold no card or bank details, and you can ask us to delete your account by getting in touch.
Delivery
Boxes are posted monthly to mainland UK addresses. If a box arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will replace it or refund that month.
Dog wellbeing
Website content is general information and is not veterinary advice. Owners are responsible for checking product labels, ingredients and feeding guidance, and for deciding whether a product is suitable for their dog. Ask a veterinary professional if you are unsure.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable while we maintain it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or use automated systems to overload its forms or services.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your first box. Perishable treats that have been opened cannot be returned, but tell us if anything is not as described and we will put it right.
