This notice explains how Treat Sub handles the information you submit through this website when requesting or running a membership.

Information we collect

When you request a box, we collect the details you provide: the package you chose, your name, email address, your dog’s name and size, your delivery postcode, and any dietary notes or questions.

If you create an account, we also hold your email address, your password in encrypted form, the membership package you chose and the dog details you added, along with the date you joined and, if you cancel, the date you cancelled.

How we use it

We use these details to confirm your membership, arrange and deliver your boxes, exclude ingredients you have told us to avoid, respond to questions and improve the service. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can stop them at any time. This form does not collect card or bank details.

Account details are used to sign you in, show your membership status and let you change package or cancel.

Payment information

Payment is handled by a regulated payment provider using a secure link we send by email. Card and bank details are entered with that provider, not on this website, and Treat Sub does not store them.

How it is stored

Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Accounts are handled by Netlify Identity and membership records are stored in a Netlify-hosted database. Access should be limited to people who need the information to operate Treat Sub. Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal requirements.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in any email. You can change package or cancel your membership at any time from your account page. You may also ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can object to how we use it, by using the form on the home page. Deleting your details will end an active membership.

Cookies

This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process essential technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
